UNE A UNIQUE OCCASION OF NETWORKING THE HR COMMUNITY

Innovation Business Network (IBN) and the USAID BRCP project, in partnership with the Tunisian Institute of Strategic Studies (ITES) and the National Association of Human Resources Managers and Trainers (AGEF) Morocco, Of the Mediterranean Human Resources Meetings MEDRH. This event will bring together a large number of decision-makers including ministers, speakers and leaders in the Human Resources sector at the Mediterranean level. With its twofold objective, MEDRH will present decision-makers with practical solutions and concrete answers to the problems of the HR function. MEDRH will also allow them to learn and exchange through its program of meetings, which will include a range of conferences and workshops. Beyond the objectives linked to the expectations of the participants, MEDRH wants to be a lever to set up a new employment strategy in the country and to democratize the Human Resources Management sector within the state institutions in particular and private in general

MEDRH aims to open up perspectives on man's management beyond the ones of ill-being and stress. In fact, the new researches made on happiness via positive psychology, show that the happier employees are more efficient. Among the ways to happiness, some people consider relational aspects are mandatory. Others explain how engaging in experiences with clear goals, optimizing between skills and challenges, provide a sense of happiness or flow, resulting in a major investment in the person in his or her activity. However, instead of considering happiness or a private matter, it can be the subject of a strategic reflection, in order to reconcile corporate social responsibility and performance. A paradigm shift in the service of HRM which would become a strategic pillar of the company. The consideration of the collaborative path, along with that of the client journey, is one of the current major challenges of the HR function. Since linking the talent to the company recruitment to the day-to-day support of the collaborator, the implementation of a collaborative experience is transverse and complex. But if it successfully meets this challenge, the HRD will put one more brick in the construction of its "Business Partner" status.

The objective of MEDRH is not only to present solutions and concrete answers to the decision-makers for their business problems, but also to train them and to exchange their views about the debates, the solutions and the tools offered through a developed program and a rich content. MEDRH will bring together 700 professional participants in Human Resources in search of concrete solutions, practical advice and useful contacts.
